　　(1) Solid state lithium-ion batteries, such as polymer lithium-ion batteries and back clip charging banks, can be directly shipped.

　　(2) Digital products such as mobile phone batteries, computer batteries, and tablets require independent sealed packaging. For batteries of two or less pieces at a time, they can be directly shipped.

　　(3) If the rated energy of liquid medium lithium-ion batteries is less than 100Wh (watt hours), and the rated energy of the power bank is 20000 milliamperes or less, and one of the following safety certification materials can be provided, they can be sent. Unavailable, cannot be sent or received.

　　(1) The product has passed the "Safety Testing Report" of the national standard (GB31241-2014) (only for lithium-ion battery power supplies and their products);

　　(2) Product's "Identification of Safety Transportation Conditions for Motor Transport";

　　(3) The "Air Safety Transportation Condition Appraisal Certificate" of the product;

　　(4) Product's "Maritime Safety Transportation Condition Appraisal Certificate";
