  The role of lithium battery protection board

  The lithium battery protection board is to protect the charge and discharge of the series-connected lithium battery pack; when fully charged, it can ensure that the voltage difference between the individual cells is less than the set value (usually 20mV), achieving even charging of each individual cell in the battery pack. Effectively improves the charging effect in series charging mode;

  At the same time, the overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and overtemperature status of each single cell in the 12V27A battery pack are detected to protect and extend the service life of the battery; undervoltage protection prevents each single cell from being discharged and used due to battery failure. Damaged due to over-discharge.

  The finished lithium battery mainly consists of two parts, the lithium battery core and the protective plate. The lithium battery core is mainly composed of positive plate, separator, negative plate, and electrolyte; the positive plate, separator, and negative plate are wound or laminated, packaged, and filled with electrolyte , it is made into a battery core after packaging.

  Decomposition of the connection method of the lithium battery protection board: First, you need to know the connection method of the 12V27A battery protection board in more detail, then you need to know some basic working principles of the components and protection board on the lithium battery protection board, which will help you understand The working principle of the lithium battery circuit board can better use the iron lithium battery circuit board to connect the battery pack.

  ① Before connecting the cable, make sure that the cable is not inserted into the protective plate;

  ②Weld the B-line (thick blue line) of the protective plate to the total negative electrode of the 12V27A battery;

  ③The wiring starts from the thin black wire connecting B-, the second wire is connected to the positive terminal of the first string of batteries, and then the positive terminal of each string of batteries is connected in turn, until the last string B+;

  ④After the cable is connected, do not insert the plug directly into the protective plate. Measure the voltage between every two adjacent metal terminals on the back of the plug. If it is a ternary polymer battery, the voltage should be between 2.8~4.2V, and the 12V27A battery should be between 2.5 ~3.65V, lithium titanate battery should be between 1.6~2.8V;

  ⑤ After confirming that the wiring sequence and voltage of the cables are correct, insert them into the protection board socket.
