Large-capacity 4LR44 battery assembly method
For example, you want a 6000mAH, 16V large-capacity battery. If the voltage of a battery cell is 4V and the capacity is 1200mAH, then you need 20 batteries. That is, 4 batteries are required to form a series unit group to become a 16V 4LR44 battery group. The capacity of such a battery group is 1200mAH, and then 5 such unit 4LR44 battery groups are connected in parallel, so that you can get a 6000mAH, 16V large-capacity 4LR44 battery group.
Issues to note when assembling large-capacity lithium-ion batteries
1. The voltage difference of the 4LR44 battery cells used should not be too large, preferably within 20mV;
2. It is not recommended to use the same type of cells from different 4LR44 battery manufacturers for assembly, because the differences in production technology and battery material formulas will lead to inconsistent working efficiency between cells, which is easy to damage the battery.
3. Even if 4LR44 battery cells from the same manufacturer are used, new and old cells cannot be mixed;
4. Even if the cells are from the same manufacturer, it is recommended to use cells produced in the same batch.
Important steps in assembling lithium-ion batteries
1. 4LR44 battery pulping: Use special solvents and adhesives to mix with powdered positive and negative active materials respectively, and make slurry positive and negative materials after high-speed stirring.
2. 4LR44 battery coating: The prepared slurry is evenly coated on the surface of the metal foil, dried, and made into positive and negative pole pieces respectively.
3. 4LR44 battery assembly: Place the positive electrode sheet--diaphragm--negative electrode sheet--diaphragm in order from top to bottom, and wind them into a battery core. Then, after injecting electrolyte and sealing, the battery assembly process is completed to make a finished battery.
4. Formation: Use special battery charging and discharging equipment to test the finished battery. Each battery is tested to select qualified finished 4LR44 battery packs for shipment.
