Moderate charging and discharging of lithium-ion batteries can prolong their lifespan. Maintaining the battery level of lithium-ion batteries at 10% to 90% is beneficial for battery protection. This means that when charging the batteries of digital products such as smartphones and laptops, there is no need to reach the maximum value.

　　Digital products equipped with lithium-ion batteries that are exposed to sunlight or stored in hot cars are best kept in a closed state, as lithium-ion batteries can accelerate aging if operating at temperatures exceeding 60 degrees Celsius. Lithium battery charging temperature range: 0-45 degrees Celsius, and lithium battery discharge temperature range: 0-60 degrees Celsius.

　　Secondly, if the mobile phone battery needs to be charged every day, the reason may be that the battery has a defect or it should be "retired".
