First of all, rolling groove is the key, because the consistent R position and size of each battery in the rolling groove will affect the consistency of the entire shape. Then when sealing, it should be sealed in place at one time, and the R position of the battery shell rolling groove should be consistent with the lower mold when sealing, and the sealing neck should be high

　　First of all, rolling groove is the key, because the consistent R position and size of each battery in the rolling groove will affect the consistency of the entire shape.

　　Then when sealing, it should be sealed in place at one time, and the R position of the battery case rolling groove should be consistent with the lower mold during sealing, and the sealing neck height should be kept within a tolerance of 0.1mm. The second time, reduce the outer diameter of the seal by 0.1mm.

　　Furthermore, the sealing mold should be made of special materials and the mold should not be changed frequently. Both sealing and rolling grooves must work together very well.

　　Low temperature lithium iron phosphate battery 3.2V 20A -20℃ charging, -40℃ 3C discharge capacity ≥70%

　　Charging temperature: -20~45℃ -Discharge temperature: -40~+55℃ -40℃ Support maximum discharge rate: 3C -40℃ 3C discharge capacity retention rate ≥70%
