　　2. This product is divided into two types: A and B, each with key features: A has a black appearance and a conventional coating thickness of 4-8 on both sides μ m. The conductivity is more prominent; The appearance of the B model is light gray, and the conventional coating thickness is 2-3 on both sides μ m. The coating area can be welded with fewer layers and the coating machine can identify skip gaps;

Type B (gray) carbon coated aluminum foil can be directly welded by ultrasonic welding in the coating area, and is only suitable for welding the electrode ears of wound batteries (with a maximum of 2-3 layers of electrode plates). However, the ultrasonic power and time need to be adjusted slightly;

　　4. The heat dissipation of the carbon layer is worse than that of aluminum foil, so it is necessary to adjust the belt speed and baking temperature appropriately when coating;

　　5. This product has significantly improved the comprehensive performance of lithium phosphate batteries and capacitors, but cannot be used as the main factor to change certain aspects of battery performance, such as battery energy density, high and low temperature performance, high voltage, etc.
