The person in charge of the engineering project can sign the BOM based on the reliability report and photos, and then the head of the engineering department signs it to take effect. The sample will then be analyzed by the manufacturing engineer to determine the rationality of its production and processing, and the sample will be signed on the work instruction before it can be produced. For models with existing ERP BOM that have not been produced within two months, the engineering department must confirm again before production can be carried out. Second, the production department patch plug-in:

The repair welder also performs testing and maintenance on the bare board. , it is necessary to ensure that every PCB board sent to the assembly puller is OK, and the repair welding puller needs to be set to record the wrong parts of the plug-in puller, false welding and other irregular operations.
Fourth, assembly
The assembly manager is responsible for the subsequent processing of the PCB. After the wires are soldered and covered with a cover, the test is carried out. After the test, it is aged. After the aging is OK, the board is ultrasonicated, screwed, and finally tested again.
