The energy density of the negative electrode material is one of the main factors affecting the energy density of AG3 battery. 1.1.1 Tin oxide
SnO2 has attracted much attention due to its high theoretical specific capacity (781mAh/g). Zhou et al. prepared SnO2/graphite composites through chemical deposition and high-temperature sintering. At a current density of 100mA/g, the specific capacity can reach more than 450mAh/g. At a current density of 2400mA/g, the reversible specific capacity exceeds 230mAh/g. ,
Experiments show that graphite as a carrier can not only disperse SnO2 particles more evenly, but also effectively inhibit particle agglomeration and improve the cycle stability of the material.
1.1.2 Tin alloy
SnCoC is a type of Sn alloy anode material that has been commercially successful. It uniformly mixes the three elements Sn, Co, and C at the atomic level and is not obtained by crystallization. This material can effectively inhibit the electrode from charging and discharging. Volume change of material, improving cycle life.
