Test data shows that ordinary lithium titanate batteries will experience gas swelling after about 1500-2000 cycles, leading to abnormal use. This is also an important reason that restricts the large-scale application of lithium titanate batteries.

In response to the requirements of fast charging and long service life, in addition to negative electrode materials, other key raw materials for lithium-ion batteries (including positive electrode materials, separators, and electrolytes) should also be targeted. At the same time, the gas expansion phenomenon generated by the battery cells is not obvious, which does not affect their lifespan; The actual application of fast charging pure electric buses in Chongqing also shows that after the batteries are grouped, the electrical performance is also quite excellent, which can ensure the daily commercial operation of pure electric buses.
