The battery structure mainly includes positive electrode, negative electrode and electrolyte, the so-called PLB refers to the use of polymer materials in at least one of the three main structures, the polymer materials in the current polymer lithium-ion battery system are mainly used for positive electrode and electrolyte, positive electrode materials include conductive polymer polymer, electrolyte using solid or colloidal polymer electrolyte. The new generation of polymer lithium-ion batteries can be designed into almost any shape, up to 0.5mm thin, greatly improving the flexibility of battery modeling. The unit energy of the polymer lithium-ion battery is 20%-50% higher than that of the current general lithium-ion battery.
