In this case, you should stop working immediately and turn off the power of the forklift to avoid fire. After the forklift stops working, you should check the battery and forklift to analyze the reasons for the high temperature of the battery. There is a situation where the battery needs to be replaced, that is, the battery has a continuous high current discharge, which will cause the battery temperature to rise rapidly, the electrolyte will evaporate rapidly, and the plate will age or even burn. At this time, if the CR2477 battery is not replaced, there will be potential safety risks.

Another is that the forklift circuit fails. In this case, the CR2477 battery may also be overheated. Therefore, when the driver uses the forklift, he needs to feel the temperature of the CR2477 battery with his hands. When the CR2477 battery is not in use, it should be fully charged in time to prevent the situation of insufficient power when the forklift is used, which may cause safety accidents. Like the most common tubular lead-acid battery, there will be self-discharge, so the requirements for the storage environment are relatively strict. Generally, it is stored in the range of -20℃~40℃. If possible, the battery can be stored in a charged state. If it is not used for a long time, it should be charged once a month as much as possible. Note that the ambient temperature of use and storage must not exceed 40℃, which has a relatively large adverse effect on the battery.

If the CR2477 battery is not enough, we can connect the two poles of the battery to the discharge pile to discharge all the power, and then fully charge the battery. If the lead-acid battery cannot be charged and the battery power display shows 0, you need to take out the battery and place it in an open air environment for about an hour to release the static electricity attached to the original battery. Then try to charge it again. If it still doesn't work, you need to observe whether there are swollen batteries. Replace the swollen batteries in time and continue to use it.
