It is impossible for manufacturers to have such a high profit in large-scale production. How can manual workshop production have such a high profit? If there is such a high profit, why do these manufacturers want to invite investment and join in? Wouldn't it be better to hire employees to make money by themselves in large-scale production?

　　2) Lithium battery manufacturers now have mandatory national standards and requirements for production process and testing are very high. The industrial and commercial departments may conduct on-site spot checks on product quality. Workshop production cannot guarantee product quality, and there is a risk of being banned by the industrial and commercial departments.

　　3) Lithium batteries are relatively dangerous. If they are not handled properly during processing and storage, they are prone to explosion, burning and other problems. When the time comes, they will lose their money and may cause casualties.

　　4) At present, whether it is lithium batteries for electric bicycles, lithium batteries for electric tricycles, or rechargeable batteries, there are at least nearly 1000 manufacturers, large and small, in the Pearl River Delta region. The market is basically oversupply, and the competition is very fierce. There is no broad demand as described in the promotional materials of the franchise.

　　5) If the manufacturer requires you to open the franchise fee, equipment fee and other expenses to the other party's private account (the account name is not the company name but the personal name, even the name of the other party's legal person or financial director), it is basically fraudulent.
