　　① Battery cannot be charged

　　There are several reasons for not being able to charge during charging, which can be divided into the following: the charger is connected in reverse or the charger is faulty; The protection board protection is not restored or the protection board is faulty; There is an external circuit between the battery pack and the consumer.

　　When dealing with the above adverse phenomena, check in order: whether the charger is connected in reverse, and whether the positive and negative pole plugs of the battery pack are connected in reverse; Restart the electrical appliance to remove the protection of the protection board, and measure whether the MOS tube of the protection board has a driving voltage; Check for loose and disconnected wiring connections.

　　② Short range

　　The battery pack quickly runs out of charge during use, and the reasons for this situation include: the lithium-ion battery is not fully charged; Large difference in voltage capacity of a single string; The battery pack is slightly short circuited or has a large self discharge, resulting in the battery pack being depleted as soon as it is fully charged.
