　　After the battery is discharged, the vulcanization process begins, and after 12 hours, there is a noticeable vulcanization. Timely charging can remove minor sulfidation. If not charged in a timely manner, these sulfidation crystals will accumulate and gradually form coarse crystals.

　　General chargers are powerless against these coarse crystals and will gradually lead to a decrease in battery capacity, shortening the battery's lifespan.

　　So, in addition to charging every day, it is also important to pay attention to charging as early as possible after use to keep the battery fully charged as much as possible.

　　The main components of lead-acid batteries are lead and sulfuric acid, with relatively stable chemical properties and relatively mature technology.

　　The principle of charging and discharging is to generate lead sulfate during discharge, which then returns to lead dioxide during charging. The process of this chemical reaction leads to the shedding of the active substance. Especially during deep charging and discharging, the electrode plate is prone to sulfide corrosion.
