Lithium iron phosphate battery assembly method and production process. The lithium iron phosphate battery assembly production process is divided into three major sections, one is pole piece production, the other is cell production, and the third is battery assembly. In the lithium iron phosphate battery assembly production process, pole piece production is the foundation and battery cell production is the core. Battery assembly is related to the quality of the finished lithium battery.
Lithium iron phosphate battery assembly method
1. Select the appropriate battery cell. The battery cell type, voltage, and internal resistance need to match. Please balance the battery cells before assembly. Cut the electrodes and punch holes.
2. Calculate the distance according to the holes and cut the insulation board.
3. Install the screws. Please use flange nuts to prevent the nuts from falling off. Install the screws and connect them to fix the lithium iron phosphate battery pack.
4. Connect and solder the wires. When connecting the voltage collection line (balance line), do not connect an external protection board to avoid accidental burnout of the protection board.
5. Fix the insulating silicone again. This silicone will solidify over time.
6. Install the protective board. If you forgot to balance the cells before, this is the last chance before assembling the lithium battery. You can balance it through the balancing line.
7. Use an insulating plate to fix the entire lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and seal it with nylon tape. Nylon tape is more durable. Please note that we have never used steel casings. Although steel casings are beautiful and strong, the battery cells are very tightly integrated. It is difficult to guarantee. If some shells are not properly treated, they may scratch the battery core and cause leakage, or even cause accidents due to poor insulation.
8. After encapsulating the battery core as a whole, be sure to secure the battery core and protective plate. Our battery core is still guaranteed to work normally if it is dropped from a height of 1 meter.
9. The final packaging is completed, and silicone wires are used for input and output. As a whole, it is a 48V20AH lithium battery pack with iron lithium cells. The battery pack weighs 9 kilograms, which is half the weight of the same acid battery.

What are the process steps of lithium iron phosphate battery assembly technology?
1. Battery material handling
Some materials used in secondary batteries, such as lithium ion, require special handling. Electrodes should be handled at high speed without damaging the fragile active material. In electrolytes, special considerations need to be taken to prevent the formation of precipitation and corrosive gases.
2.Cam unit

3. Installation and base

4. Vacuum treatment

5. Precise positioning
