  4. When tightening bolts, the maximum torque should not be greater than 120% of the minimum tightening torque.

  5. Socket tools should be used to tighten bolts. The smoothness of the bottom of the nut should be checked and measures should be taken to prevent the screw from rotating.

  6. One bolt should have two flats and one spring; after tightening the screw, three to five teeth should be exposed.

  7. Strict responsibility system should be followed when tightening bolts, and a quality tracking system should be implemented.
