　　On May 13, Hunan Changde High-tech Zone signed a project investment contract with Hunan Shikaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd., which marked the official settlement of the supercapacitor industrialization project in Changde High-tech Zone. It is reported that the total investment in the project is 5 billion yuan. After the project is completed, it will fill the gap in domestic new energy core power technology. Hu Shixiang, former executive deputy minister of the General Armament Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, former executive deputy commander-in-chief of China's manned space and lunar exploration projects, and academician of the International Academy of Astronautics; Zhang Yongzhong, former deputy education director of the University of Special Science and Technology; Chen, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor Huiqing, Vice Mayor Yang Chengying attended the signing ceremony.

　　Supercapacitor is an internationally recognized third-generation new energy green physical energy storage device. Hunan Shikaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd. is currently the only company in my country that has complete independent intellectual property rights for supercapacitors. It is a world leader in the research and development and manufacturing of supercapacitors and supercapacitor pure electric buses. It is reported that the project will be constructed in two phases and will build a production base for deep hybrid powertrains, supercapacitors and power supercapacitors. After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it can achieve an annual output value of 50 billion yuan and provide 20,000 jobs; after the products are put into use, it can achieve an annual direct emission reduction of 1.5 million tons.
