At this time, charging the lithium battery will definitely not be able to charge it.

　　You can use a low-voltage charger to charge the lithium battery, and wait for the battery to have some electricity before using the original charger for charging. However, this method is only applicable to a portion of lithium batteries, and it does not work for some lithium batteries.
