How important is the energy density of batteries? Experts said that the range and reliability of a pure electric vehicle depend largely on the energy density in the battery. For example, taking the BAIC EV200 model as an example, if the energy density of the battery cell reaches 300Wh/kg while other technologies remain stable, it means that the car's range can be increased from the current 200 kilometers to 470 kilometers.
