What is the use of Nickel Hydride No. 5 capacity classification?
Nickel Hydride No. 5 capacity classification: Simply put, it is capacity sorting and performance screening and grading. Battery capacity classification means charging and discharging the battery, and testing the discharge capacity when the capacity is fully charged to determine the capacity of the Nickel Hydride No. 5. When the Nickel Hydride No. 5 is divided, the data of each test point is obtained through computer management, so as to decompose the size and internal resistance of these batteries and determine the quality grade of the battery. This process is capacity classification.
The processed lithium battery cells cannot be sold immediately, and should be stored in the warehouse for at least 15 days. During this period, some inherent drawbacks will be manifested, such as excessive self-discharge, etc. The battery cells that have reached the shelf life in the warehouse will be taken out for re-testing and re-capacity classification after receiving the order, that is, re-charge and discharge, and those that do not meet the capacity grade or have quality problems will be eliminated, and then handed over to the sales department with about 50% of the power, and finally to the mobile phone battery assembly factory.
The cells to be used for Nickel Hydride No. 5aging are re-charged and re-capacitated. After mechanical detection of the lithium-ion battery test, it can be seen that the cells have been charged and discharged and have electricity. So it is normal to have two grids of electricity when you get the battery.

Each channel has an independent constant current source and constant voltage source, and the current and voltage are sampled in real time. Constant current to constant voltage is truly non-disturbance-free and continues to switch. It can be used for cycle life detection.
