Humidity tests expose batteries to high humidity (90–95% RH) to check for corrosion or performance degradation, while vibration tests simulate transportation or usage conditions to ensure structural stability. Advanced technologies like thermal imaging and gas emission analysis are also used to monitor real-time changes during testing, providing insights into potential safety risks. Compliance with standards such as UN38.3, IEC 62133, and UL 1642 ensures that lithium batteries are safe for transportation, storage, and use.
