Test standards for lithium-ion batteries

  1. Continuous charging: The fully charged battery cell is charged at 20 ° C plus or minus 5 ° C. Charge continuously for 28 days according to the manufacturer's regulations, without catching fire, exploding, or leaking liquid.

  2. Vibration standard test: A fully charged battery cell with a temperature of 20 ° C plus or minus 5 ° C, an amplitude of 0.8MM, 1 Hz/min, between 10-55Hz, tested in three perpendicular directions, with each axis tested for 90 minutes. No fire, no explosion, no liquid leakage.

  3. Temperature cycling: A fully charged battery cell is placed in a battery test box and subjected to the following cycling tests. A. 75 ± 2 ℃ for 4 hours B.) 20 ± 5 ℃ for 2 hours C.)- 20 ± 2 ℃ for 2 hours D) 20 ± 5 ℃ for 2 hours E Repeat 4 times from A to D. F) Store for 7 days before testing after 5 cycles.

  7. High temperature: A fully charged battery cell should be left in a 130 ± 2 ℃ environment for 10 minutes without catching fire or exploding!

  8.   9. Low voltage: The fully charged battery cell should be maintained at 20 ± 5 ℃ and 11.6Kpa for 6 hours, without ignition, explosion, or liquid leakage.

  10. Overcharging: 20 ± 5 ℃, after discharging the battery cell, the charging current is equal to Irec in heavy rain, and the charging time is 2.13CZ/rec, which is equal to the manufacturer's recommended constant charging current. The unit is amperes. No fire, no explosion!

  11. Forced discharge: At 20 ± 5 ℃, discharge the discharged battery cell with a constant current of 1ItA for 90 minutes. No fire, no explosion!
