1. SL1053

The linear 16340 battery chip SL1053 is a circuit designed specifically for high-precision linear 16340 battery chargers, which is very suitable for low-cost, portable chargers.

The linear 16340 battery charging chip SL1053 integrates high-precision pre-charging, constant current charging, constant voltage charging, battery status testing, temperature monitoring, low leakage at the end of charging, charging status indication and other performances. It can be widely used in PDAs, mobile phones, handheld devices and other fields.

2. TP4056

TP4056 is a complete single-cell 16340 battery constant current/constant voltage linear charger. Its SOP8 package with a heat sink at the bottom and a small number of external components make TP4056 an ideal choice for portable use. TP4056 can work with USb power supply and adapter power supply.

Due to the internal PMOSFET architecture and the anti-reverse charging circuit, no external isolation diode is required. Thermal feedback can automatically adjust the charging current to limit the chip temperature under high-power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The charging voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charging current can be set externally through a resistor. When the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value after reaching the final floating charge voltage, the TP4056 will automatically terminate the charging cycle.

HL7016 is the first domestic 12V high-voltage input fully integrated switch mode charger, which realizes high input voltage and USbOTG boost mode and I2C interface programmable. The chip has built-in voltage, current, temperature and other test and protection functions, and realizes the setting and adjustment of voltage and current parameters through the I2C interface, ensuring the safety of 16340 battery charging.
