　　Firstly, improving the quality of battery materials is crucial. High-quality electrode materials and electrolytes can help reduce the occurrence of side reactions that contribute to self-discharge. For example, using advanced cathode materials with stable structures can minimize the release of lithium ions and thus lower the self-discharge rate.

　　Secondly, optimizing the battery manufacturing process can also have a positive impact. Ensuring strict quality control during production, such as accurate coating of electrodes and proper sealing of the battery case, can prevent the penetration of moisture and impurities that can accelerate self-discharge.

　　Another approach is to control the storage environment. Keeping lithium batteries at a proper temperature and humidity can slow down the self-discharge process. Generally, lower temperatures can reduce the rate of chemical reactions within the battery and thereby lower self-discharge.
