The cruising range and energy storage of ternary batteries are stronger than traditional lithium batteries. Lithium batteries degrade by 3% per month, while ternary batteries only decay by 1% to 2% per month after repeated use. As the main demand side of ternary batteries, while policy support for many models continues to increase, the demand for domestic ternary materials is also growing rapidly.

　　Previously, the "Key Special Implementation Plan for New Energy Vehicles under the National Key R&D Plan" issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology clearly stated that the single battery indicator of car power batteries will reach 350Wh by 2020, and the system will reach more than 250Wh. A research report from Zhongtai Securities predicts that by 2020, ternary materials for vehicles will reach 200,000 tons, with an average annual growth rate of 54%. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology predicts that in 2018, the shipment volume of ternary batteries is expected to surpass lithium batteries for the first time and become the mainstream material for endurance batteries. The ternary battery industry is expected to usher in accelerated growth and further occupy the market share of power batteries.
