　　The cause of lithium coating bubbles in lithium batteries

　　1. Foreign objects mixed in: Dust or long fibers or other foreign objects are mixed into the coating liquid, causing changes in the surface tension of the coating and slight transfer of the slurry. After drying, circular marks are formed.

　　2. Chemical reaction: foam may be generated when the substance in the lithium battery paste reacts chemically.

　　3. Mixing process: air may be mixed in the mixing process, resulting in foam.

　　4. Moisture content of negative electrode plate: Excessive moisture content of negative electrode plate may also cause foaming.

　　5. Inappropriate material: Using unsuitable coating materials or solvents, such as material volatility, wettability, etc. that do not match the process, may result in bubbles appearing on the coating surface.

　　6. Uneven mixing: If the slurry is not mixed evenly before coating, it can cause inconsistent coating texture and the formation of bubbles. This may be due to insufficient stirring or the mixing of air during the stirring process.

　　7. Incomplete solvent evaporation: After coating is completed, the solvent may not completely evaporate and remain in the coating, forming bubbles. This is usually related to the parameter settings of the drying process.

　　8. Insufficient cleanliness of the production environment: Impurities such as dust, moisture, and burrs in the production environment may mix into the coating liquid or fall onto the wet coating surface, causing changes in surface tension and the formation of bubbles.

　　9. Improper setting of process parameters, such as too fast coating rate, insufficient drying temperature, or improper air volume adjustment, can all lead to the generation of bubbles.
