The charging current has a greater impact on the capacity of the battery capacity and cycle life and safety. The larger the charging current, the smaller the actual capacity of the recharge. 3: Work temperature
Generally conventional lithium batteries, the charging temperature is 0 ~ 45 degrees, the discharge temperature is -20 ~ 60 degrees. In the low temperature state, the lithium ions are not active, the temperature is too high, and the lithium ion is too active, so there is generally a clear lithium battery. The working temperature range, the energy density of the lithium battery is high, the storage energy is large, but it is also very fragile. How to use it strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. In the low temperature state, charging will cause lithium analysis. There are metal lithium analysis on the surface of the battery anode, forming branches crystal, piercing the diaphragm between the anode and the cathode, causing short circuits inside the cell, causing fever, burning, and even explosion. With the innovation of technology, through the improvement of electrolyte, special lithium batteries can now be charged at -20 degrees ~ 45 degrees, and -50 ~ 60 degrees discharge. The effect of temperature on the battery discharge performance. The lower the working temperature, the less the capacity of the release is tested with the same current. At the same temperature, the capacity maintenance rate is different at the same temperature. The general capacity maintenance rate of ternary lithium batteries is about 80%, and lithium iron phosphate is generally about 60%.
At present, the low-temperature lithium battery, -40 degrees 0.5C capacity maintenance rate is about 80%. The low temperature and high magnification can reach 1C 3C low-temperature discharge. How does it perform at high temperature? In the maximum temperature prescribed by the manufacturer, the impact on the capacity has little effect, but the long -term high temperature work also affects the cycle life of the battery. 4: work conditions
Different operating conditions actually have a greater impact on the lithium battery. Like the digital products we use daily, it is charged one day, it is full at night, and the daylight is shining.
