　　Rumor 1: Your phone needs to run out of battery before charging

　　This statement is not entirely correct. This type of charging criterion is only applicable to nickel cadmium batteries that can produce memory effects and aged nickel hydrogen batteries. For new mobile phones that currently use lithium-ion batteries, the situation is exactly the opposite. The periodic charging effect of lithium-ion batteries is better than recharging after running out of battery.

　　Rumor 2: Charging overnight will exacerbate battery loss
